Hi Daphni, yes, you can do that if you like, or you can submit as a standalone “story” as Medium calls them. I’ll add you as a writer for Dead Poets Live, then as you get ready to publish (on a computer), click the ellipses next to the publish button … and add to the Dead Poets Live publication.

There are quite a few open publications on Medium, usually they’ll have a submission guidelines link on the home page. There are also quite a few closed publications, most often that an individual is using as home for their personal work or or that a company is using as a blog.
