Great work.
The algorithm and the forces that govern it are strong in some strange ways.
For example, a husband and wife gave $50k the charity I work for, and want to be thanked jointly.
My email software and donor CRM have no way to permit this. I can’t say thanks Joe & Sally, only Joe or Sally.
Everything is so geared toward faux personalization that when a real person has a very valid request — hey, notice me, I’m special — it cannot be met.
